Amelia Choi, Founder of ChoiTechAndLaw P.C., is an IP and business lawyer, a registered trademark agent in Canada, and a notary public of Ontario. She has been serving in various committees at the International Trademark Association (INTA). Her more recent appointments include serving in the Presidential Task Force for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Entrepreneurship, the Commercialization of Brands Leadership Team, and has also been serving as the Chair of the INTA Brand Growth Strategies for SMEs. Over the years, she has been serving in various international & national professional organizations, and has been serving as the Chair of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC) IP Trade Policy.
