My sessions are client centered, with a compassionate, results-oriented approach. I have extensive experience teaching cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to clients and to other counsellors/ professionals. I view all of us as a work in progress. Sometimes we are simply fine-tuning while at other times we are looking to make significant changes in our lives. We may want to change how we are thinking, feeling, or acting, or to see changes in the results we are getting. We may be looking for skills to help us deal with individuals or situations that we find challenging.
