Hello there! My name is Elisa and I'm here to help you get back to your best, most active self. If you're having difficulty due to pain in your feet or legs, come see me and I will help you with that! I'm a Certified Pedorthist trained to help you with any problems related to your lower limb biomechanics - and there are lots of them! Examples are shin splints, plantar fasciitis, knee pain, bunion pain, tingling/burning under the ball of your foot, hip pain, low back pain, and more.
