A focus of Cynthia's legal work has always included providing legal services to clients with disabilities including both organizations and individuals. She is a member of ARCH Disability Law Centre and has provided pro bono legal services to referred organizations through the Volunteer Lawyers Association. Ms. Woods currently consults with businesses on compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, as a partner in Woods and Jennings AODA Consulting. Cynthia's first career as a professional musician, both teaching and performing across Canada and the United States, has remained an important part of her life as she continues to play the double bass and teach as time permit
