Ruah Counselling Centre is a spiritually motivated agency that provides individual, couple and family counselling as well as psycho-educational groups. We embrace an adapted version of Canda’s (1988) definition of spirituality as ‘the human quest for personal meaning and mutually fulfilling relationships among people, the non-human environment, and, for most, the Creative Spirit’.
