I am a Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working in the field of mental health recovery. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). CBT is a type of talk therapy where we, the client and therapist, work together as a team to identify and solve problems while building on personal strengths. CBT is one of the most widely researched and effective treatments for Anger, Anxiety Disorders, Depression and other mental health needs.We work together to overcome difficulties by making changes in how you think, what you do and ultimately how you feel. Sessions are tailored to your needs and they are goal directed by YOU. Children and parents; young people; adults and seniors are all welcome!
