I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Certified Group Psychotherapist with a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology. I have over 30 years of clinical experience in the mental health and addiction fields. For the past 22 years, I have had a private practice serving West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Metro Vancouver and Burnaby. Providing a safe, confidential and professional setting, I work from a Psychodynamic and Relational framework, but also utilize other approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural therapy.
