Laurie Moore offers a holistic approach to help you achieve emotional well being. Her personal life journey coupled with her training and experience offer a unique perspective on the individual's ability to regain equilibrium, emotional regulation and life stability. Laurie will focus mainly on emotional health through Mind-Body Attunement Therapy, (a somatically based therapy that works with a person's central nervous system to reprocess past traumas and teach the nervous system to arrive at a state of calm where the mind and body are attuned and have access to a range of coping strategies); but will also explore your physical and spiritual health when necessary.
