Stephen McPhee, QC acts for clients in civil litigation, family law, mediation and arbitration matters. Stephen is a highly experienced family lawyer who handles complex financial separations and high conflict custody disputes. He is also a Children’s Lawyer, appointed by the Supreme Court of BC to advocate on behalf of children in family disputes. Stephen has a strong interest in alternate dispute resolution and collaborative family law. He has a Conflict Resolution Certificate from the Justice Institute of BC in 2000 and is an accredited Family Mediator and Arbitrator.
