Lloyd has a Juris Doctor (Law) and Master's (Math) degree, U of T. Over 21 years experience in Canadian Immigration, in ON (Toronto - Canada's hub for Immigration), BC and worldwide - using the net in his practice since '94. He is a lawyer both in BC and Ontario (since '89). He received his Doctor degree in Law (J.D.) from the U.of Toronto, as well as his M.Sc. and his B.Sc. In his undergrad graduating year he was awarded the Lieutenant-Governor's Silver Medal for 2nd highest at Victoria University, UofT. He is married with 2 children and has chosen Nanaimo to raise his family because of the clean environment and beautiful landscap
