Welcome to Restorative Counselling - An affordable, brief counselling service to assist you in getting restored, replenished and revitalized. Individual counselling for children, youth and adults, dealing with anxiety, stress, sleep issues/insomnia, depression, grief/bereavement, co-occurring disorders, addictions, employment issues, crisis situations, trauma and parenting issues, or parent/teen conflict. A number of brief therapies including mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing are drawn on for individualized car
