Stephanie graduated from the 3 year program at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2008. She uses a variety of techniques to meet each individual’s needs to provide a safe and effective treatment. Facial manipulation, deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, soft tissue release are some of the techniques used by Stephanie. She treats a variety of soft tissue dysfunctions and athletes of all abilities. She also performs maternity massage. Stephanie believes that massage therapy helps facilitate the body’s natural healing process by increasing awareness of the body, decreasing stress and maintaining and improving tissue health. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of B.C. and a member of the Massage Therapists Association of BC
