When he is not at Total Health Clinic, John can be found at the downtown YMCA teaching fitness classes as a volunteer. In addition, he loves to stay active doing hot yoga, weight training, hiking and travelling. He also has an extensive background in personal training prior to becoming an RMT. Since graduating in 2008, John has enjoyed taking a number of post-graduate courses in systemic deep tissue therapy (levels 1 and 2), Kinesio taping (levels 1, 2 and 3) and active isolated stretching. He finds doing a combination of different techniques helps patients get the most benefit from therapy.
