Baylei has been involved in sports for most of her life and lives a very active, healthy lifestyle. Some of her favourite activities include soccer, volleyball, wake surfing, riding her Harley, and snowboarding. Baylei's preferred areas of practice are Sports Related Injuries, Postural Dysfunction, Pain and Stress Management, Myofascial Release as well as Deep Tissue Massage. She includes assessment in each session to determine the cause of dysfunction which gives her a specific plan for each treatment. Her treatments will target a variety of tissues in order to get the best results.
