About
With over 20 years of experience, we provide non-judgmental support to anyone experiencing marriage, family or individual difficulties. We utilize professional training in cognitive behaviour therapy, couples therapy, expressive arts and play therapy when working with patients. Counselling is available for adults, adolescents and children who may be struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship problems, life transitions or grief and trauma. As a Counsellor and School Psychologist, we also worked with children and youth who experience emotional distress, school refusal, academic underachievement, learning disabilities and behavioural difficulty.
