Michelle brings a diversity from her nursing background along with a dynamic counselling approach. She provides service to individuals, couples, children and adolescents. She has successfully worked with clients wishing to resolve issues such as: anxiety, stress, self-esteem, addictions, relationships, life transitions and generalized adolescent stressors. Her specialty is in the area of womens’ issues and working with children through the use of play therapy techniques.
