About

Greg is the owner-operator of Community Counselling Connections and has more than 20 years experience working in the counselling profession. Greg's main counselling therapy is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and includes work with relationships, stress/ anxiety,depression,self esteem, financial, child behavior, conflict resolution, anger management,workplace and individual mediation, Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Greg also has specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and in dealing with addiction issues/concerns.
