About
The therapies that I most commonly use are; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotional Process Therapy, Insight Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Systematic (Satir) Therapy.. My philosophy is to match the therapy to the client - not to fit the client to the therapeutic approach. I feel privileged every day to be invited into the most intimate aspects of people's lives. I treasure the confidentially of the stories I hear and I thank everyone I have ever met for the education you have given me through the pain you have experienced and the creativity you have demonstrated to survive.
