I am honoured to support people through life’s challenging times. Whether you or a loved one is living with a life-limiting condition, nearing the end of your life, or working through chronic stress or trauma, I’m here for you. With 19+ years experience as an allied health professional (massage and shiatsu therapy), I bring a gentle, candid approach to my practice. I am passionate about healing – emotionally & spiritually – and about being part of community where members take care of each other, through our lives and our deaths. When I’m not with clients or volunteering at my local hospice, you may find me on an outdoor adventure with my dog, soaking up some lifeforce energy. I’d love to support you on your journey.
