Having been in private practice for 20+ years, I'm a well seasoned therapist. I work from a holistic, body/centered perspective and have gathered many tools over the years that support the process of unfolding and healing. I work exclusively with individual adults experiencing some kind of stuckness in their lives. I have a special interest in non-dual wisdom teachings, spiritual awakening, and the evolution of consciousness. I want to assist you in accessing the hurt/stuck places inside then support you in staying present with them while they unwind and transform or heal.
