At Etana Wellness, we focus on building confidence and healing through massage, personal training, nutrition, and reiki. We take a complete approach to health and wellness in our relaxing facility located in Canmore.Owner and operator, Pamela, has a true passion for wellness and healing. She has over seven years of experience as an RMT, graduating from Wellington College of Remedial Massage in 2010. She then was certified as a Resistance Training Specialist in 2011 to better help her clients heal through rehabilitating exercises. Pamela also holds certificates in TRX, Integrative Corrective Exercise, myofascial cupping and is a Reiki Master.
