About
Harlan J. Noddle was Chairman of Noddle Companies, one of the Midwest's largest developers of community shopping centers and office buildings. Harlan, along with his partner Joseph Kirshenbaum, pursued high-quality development projects that resulted in considerable benefits for the community as a whole. Harlan graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1958 where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.
