Herbert and Orlando Villalobos started Great Lakes Construction Company in 1999. Their goal was to give more options to the people of Kenosha and all surrounding suburbs when it came to renovating their windows, siding, and roofs. At a time when major home repair chains became hugely successful, Herbert Villalobos and his brother were thinking smaller.
