Since 1962, Universal Land Construction has been specializing in clearing, grading and underground utilities. It undertakes street, curb and sidewalk construction, with experience in both the public and private sectors. The company handles a wide range of site conditions and projects of all sizes for its clients. Universal Land Construction offers a fleet of dozers ranging in size from D-3's to D-9's along with many compactors and its utility crews have nearly 50 excavators/backhoes matched with numerous loaders. It has built numerous public works, commercial and multifamily projects, and specializes in residential plat construction.
