I use cognitive behavior therapy and employ mindfulness-based strategies. My approach to therapy is based on understanding and treating human problems in a manner that is empowering, effective, and nonpathologizing. I am a State of Vermont Registered psychotherapist. I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience working with private and semi-private clients, providing crisis counseling to domestic violence/sexual assault victims, and consumers with chronic and persistent mental illnesses. I do not provide drug or alcohol counseling. I typically work with clients 18 years old and older. I specialize in; Depression, stress, and adjustment issue
