Scott has been practicing law since 1996. His practice focuses on criminal defense, family law and juvenile court cases. He is also a qualified mediator. Early in his career Scott worked as both a prosecutor and a public defender and spent a lot of time in the courtroom. Although most cases are not resolved at trial, he continues to spend a great deal of time in court. He understands that his clients are often experiencing extremely stressful situations, and he believes his main role is to be a problem solver.
