Medical Massage Practitioners have extensive specialized training to recognize and work with the different demands, injury and strain patterns placed on the body. Medical Massage is goal oriented. It is hands on therapy that works to relieve and correct the source of soft tissue imbalance and pain.  The roll of a practitioner is to help you regain function that enables you to have a more pain free, fulfilled life. It also involes teaching you self-help exercises and stretches that can easily be done in just a few minutes a day that puts you back in control of your life instead of the pain controlling you.   Clients seen by appointment Monday thru Friday and I make an extra effort to accommadate.
