MCON Construction Co., Inc. began in 1986 in Chester, SC. Our present location is near Richburg, SC since our move to a new office building in May of 2001. We specialize in office buildings, strip malls and churches - which also include activity centers and private school additions. MCON also specializes in all types of special concrete equipment foundations, footings, containment areas, and loading docks. We provide services for commercial construction needs in design build and concrete work / containment areas for manufacturing and warehouse facilities. MCON holds an Unlimited General Contractor's license in South Carolina and North Carolina
