Ever heard the phrase "It takes on to know one?" Not long ago I was unhealthy, obese, and very lost emotionally. I decided to take my life into my own hands and I lost 135 pounds in just 12 months. Read about my journey and how it helps me to understand my clients, their goals, and their own emotional struggles better than the average fitness professional. Although my own weight loss and fitness experience allow me to help my clients on a very personal and internal level, I also believe in Science and the power of Education.
