TomCor Construction LLC is a unique family-owned and operated company offering personal services with direct owner involvement in every project. Tom and Tommy Dalke are both graduates of Construction Management programs and have spent their entire lives in the commercial and industrial construction industry. We are certified as an Emerging Small Business and are trained in LEED® building design. We are also certified per the EPA's Renovation, Repair, and Remodeling certification with regard to working with lead paint. Our father and son approach has allowed us to provide hands-on services while minimizing overhead in these tough economic times.
