About
A little bit about who we are Payne County Youth Services was established in 1972 to provide programming for youth and families struggling with issues of adolescence. From a humble but important beginning of 2 dedicated and professional staff, PCYS has grown to be a respected and well-known resource for youth and families in the Payne and Pawnee County areas, employing approximately 22 people. PCYS is a Designated Youth Services Agency, and Member in Good Standing of the Oklahoma Association of Youth Services. PCYS is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities (CARF), and is certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Service
