Attorney Frank Cimler is a graduate of the University of Maryland where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and where he was a member of the Dean's List, the President's List and the honorary society of Alpha Sigma Lamda; he received his Juris Doctor degree from the New England School of Law where he was a member of the Dean's List and the Honor's Moot Court team and where he was selected to be included in "Who's Who of American Law Students"; and Attorney Cimler obtained an LLM degree, an advanced law degree, in Banking Law and Finance from the Morin Center for Banking Law Studies at Boston University School of Law.
