Originally formed in 1978, Hokanson Construction started out building custom homes on a single site basis. Between 1978 and 1980, Hokanson Construction built and sold 10 custom homes in the Twin Cities northern suburbs. Hokanson Construction later entered the commercial market, acquiring land for the purpose of building warehouse space and sports clubs.
