Founded in 1969, Texas Terrace Care is a part of Extendicare, which offers a spectrum of health care services in the United States and Canada. It owns, maintains and manages more than 200 full-service nursing homes that can accommodate over 26,000 individuals. The company employs more than 35,000 individuals throughout its operations. Extendicare offers medical specialty services that include post-acute care and rehabilitation therapy in the U.S., while home health care services are provided in Canada through ParaMed. Texas Terrace Care offers long-term health care, short-term rehabilitation solutions, assisted living, health care management and consultation and skilled nursing services. The center is located in St. Louis Park, Minn.
