As a business that is completely owned, operated and managed by women, we are committed to providing the best possible fitness experience for our members. You'll always be welcomed with a smile and a greeting when you walk through our doors. We love our members and how they bring their inspiration and hard work from the gym back into the community through charity events and volunteering. Fit-Time for Women has also received several awards throughout Frankfort, KY including the award for "Favorite Place to Workout" by The State Journal and from the Frankfort Area Chamber of Commerce.
