I am a Licensed Psychologist and have been providing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families and groups for over 20 years. I work with adolescents and adults who present with various psychological and emotional issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, past childhood and adult trauma, relationship issues, impaired self-esteem, coping with chronic disease (such as diabetes and cancer), loss/grief struggles and various life stressors. I've had a long-standing committment to helping those who may be struggling with these issues and problems to alleviate symptoms and to empower you to feel stronger, happier and more resilient.
