Since our start in 1990, we understand how important it is to get deals closed and we have extensive experience in clearing title problems. We can promptly close on any type of vacant land, single-family residence, multi-family residence, or commercial deal for our clients and customers. We are located in Maitland, FL, but we can close on any property in Florida. Southern Title & Abstract, Inc. has been in business in Central Florida since 1990. They are privately owned, and the owners are full-time, hands-on operators and managers of the company. Millie Crenshaw is a full-time closer, and her husband, Hugh Crenshaw, is the full-time title examiner.
