Since our staff architects live in and around Breckenridge, we have a good feel for designs that fit the land and climate. Though Breckenridge Architects have been around scarcely 30 years, Breckenridge architecture has been around almost 150 years. We are intrigued by these older forms and materials indigenous to Summit County and the Rocky Mountains. Log cabins, mining structures and the Breckenridge architect s favorite, the A-frame are one of the places where we find our inspiration. Designing this way allows us to design contemporary homes that exceed client expectations and fit with the built landscape in Breckenridge.
