Everyone experiences times in their lives when they want to feel better. Sometimes, just knowing we are not alone and that relief is possible can alleviate the pain. I take a collaborative approach with clients, assisting them in finding answers to their struggles and solutions theyve had within them all along. By creating awareness of individual strengths and recognizing aspects of life over which we do have control, I empower my clients to rewrite the stories of their lives. I help clients embrace who they are and develop the confidence to stay true to themselves in a society that may not always be accepting. Knowing ourselves allows us to get in touch with the strengths and resources we possess to get through lifes most challenging circumstance
