Peak Form Physical Therapy LLC, Boulder, CO was founded in August 2003 by physical therapist Jeanette Hrubes and the grand opening of the Peak Form Physical Therapy clinic was in November 2003. After nearly three years in business, Peak Form is a bustling Physical Therapy clinic with a large referral network and loyal clientele. Jeanette originally hails from lovely British Columbia, Canada. She made her way to the United States on a gymnastic Collegiate Athletic Scholarship, attending the University of Florida (Go Gators!). She earned her Physical Therapy Degree in 1994 and remained in Gainesville, Florida; working as the senior physical therapist in a bustling orthopedic/sports medicine clini
