Cullman Electric Cooperative

Founded in 1936, Cullman Electric Cooperative is a nonprofit electric membership representing four counties in northern Alabama. It is committed to providing service for more than 36,000 customers and is owned by its members. Cullman Electric Cooperative integrated an interactive voice response unit that assists it members in obtaining information relating to their account, reporting outages and providing customer service to its members. This system requires that remote offices be connected to its main location to appear as one office that is transparent to the customer. The cooperative also requires project management services in order to assist with designs of the telecommunications networks, as well as the implementation of these service
