Founded in 1973, the Resource Center for Parents and Children is a nonprofit organization that offers parenting education classes, family support services, child abuse prevention programs, and in-house, local and national resources in Alaska. The center offers women, infant and children supplementary food program, which offers nutrition and health education for pregnant women, new mothers and young children.
