Osgoode Properties, currently in its second generation of family ownership and operation, was established in 1982 and derives its name from a street in Ottawa's Sandy Hill neighborhood. As one of eastern Canada's largest residential rental apartment owners, we pride ourselves on offering residents the best of both worlds.
