I provide individual counselling and psychotherapy to adults (17+) facing mental health challenges and other adversity impacting their quality of life. I have experience working with adults, who are suffering from common issues such as: depressed mood, anxiety, relationship issues, stress, burnout, life transition issues, self-criticism, self-harm, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, divorce, separation, and parenting issues. In our work together, we explore ways for you to feel more confident in your choices, connected to yourself, and the people and things you value.
