Our personal trainers have credentials such as Bachelor of Kinesiology, Can-Fit-Pro, "SAFE International, Movement Coaching, Technique Teaching", functional movement and functional training, Kid's Zone (Fitness equipment and space for kids to exercise). We are the only fitness facility in Southern Manitoba that has exercise machines designed specifically for children!
